Volunteers Needed
Help us make the Micah Church Memorial Golf Tournament a success! We need dedicated volunteers to assist with various aspects of the event. Your support helps honor Micah's memory while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Registration
Responsibilities:
- Check-in golfers and distribute tournament packets
- Verify team registrations and payment status
- Distribute golf cart assignments
- Answer participant questions
Hats
Responsibilities:
- Distribute tournament hats to participants
- Manage hat inventory and sizes
- Set up hat distribution station
- Track hat distribution for each team
Raffle
Responsibilities:
- Sell raffle tickets throughout the event
- Display and organize raffle prizes
- Assist with raffle drawing
- Help distribute prizes to winners
Cart Girls
Responsibilities:
- Drive beverage carts throughout the course
- Serve refreshments to golfers
- Maintain inventory of beverages and snacks
- Provide excellent customer service
Must be 21+ and have valid driver's license
